Is my data secure?
Each organisation's data is separated at the database level, encrypted in transit and at rest, and never used to train AI models. We publish exactly what we do and don't have, including the certifications we haven't obtained yet.
How long does setup take?
Most organisations are up and running within 48 hours. Our team handles the initial setup and content configuration. All you need to do is upload your first piece of content — we take it from there.
What integrations are supported?
Wisteria watches where your documents already live — Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and Lark — and turns what it finds into draft training for you to approve. For people, we sync staff records from Deel, Talenox and Workday so accounts are created and retired automatically. Notion and Zendesk are supported too, and there is a public API for anything else.
Do employees need to download an app?
No. Wisteria is a Progressive Web App — accessible directly from any browser, on any device, with no download required. But the experience goes further: employees receive instant push notifications, with no app store approvals, no third-party tools and no delays. When HQ has an urgent update, a new module goes live, or a compliance deadline is approaching, you push it directly to every phone.
Can we control who sees what content?
Yes. Wisteria supports role-based access — you decide who can create, approve, publish, or view content. Visibility is scoped to specific departments, branches, or employee groups, so the right people only see what is relevant to them.
